Graduate Exposure Management Analyst

We’re proud to be working with a market-leading Lloyd’s of London Syndicate to recruit a Graduate Exposure Management Analyst for their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates in Economics, Mathematics, Geography, or Data Science to break into the world of (re)insurance and play a key role in managing and analysing risk across global insurance portfolios.

In this role, you’ll support underwriters and catastrophe modelers, working with large datasets to assess risk exposure and accumulation. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and the chance to grow within one of the most critical functions in the Lloyd’s market.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong academic background (2:1 or above) in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Geography, or Data Science

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning exposure management systems and tools

  • Genuine interest in the Lloyd’s market, insurance, or catastrophe modelling
