Are you an experienced claims professional seeking to join a leading Property & Casualty division with a Leading London Broker?

Our client is looking for a skilled claims professional, who has experience in Australian Property & Casualty business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a London Broker to come into their London offices on a hybrid basis.

Some responsibilities will include:

–             Handling Australian Property & Casualty claims across their lifecycle, from first advice to final settlement
–             Maintaining an auditable trail of actions in line with FCA requirements
–             Assist in developing the skills of any new hires within the team, sharing experiences gained from working within the London Market
–            Management and control of complex claims
–            Building, developing, and maintaining close working relationships with Clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service is provided
–             Creating comprehensive broking documents and recording these onto the firm’s systems

The right candidate for this role must have experience working in a claims role, with experience working across property & casualty lines business. They will have a strong understanding of the various technology systems in the London Markets, such as CLASS or ECF. They must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; and will understand how to best manage complicated situations as and when they arise.
