Contingent Search
Fast access to all active candidates known to us, as well as any relevant passive candidates that we have developed relationships with through our ongoing proactive networking.
Retained Search
The client engages only one firm and the fee is paid typically in three instalments. The first, when the search is assigned, the second when a defined milestone is met and the remainder when the chosen candidate accepts the role. This would usually include market mapping and enhanced pre screening of candidates.
