Sophia brings over a decade of specialist recruitment experience across Investments and ESG. She joined Bruin following an internship with Amnesty International, complementing her academic background in English Literature and Journalism with a strong foundation in research, communication, and global awareness. Partnering closely with buy-side asset managers, Sophia delivers tailored recruitment solutions across contingent, retained, and exclusive mandates. She has led full team builds, executed senior-level appointments, and supported complex organisational talent transformations. Her consultative approach enables clients to achieve their strategic growth objectives through the attraction and retention of high-calibre talent. Sophia is deeply committed to improving diversity within the front office and consistently ensures diverse shortlists across all search mandates. Since 2020, she has been an active member of The Diversity Project’s Mental Health workstream, supporting initiatives that promote greater wellbeing and inclusion across the investment industry.
