Simon Taylor

Simon has over a decade of experience in recruitment and specialises in Tax across Financial Services and Professional Services, working with clients from Manager through to Partner and Head of Tax level.

He leads Bruin’s dedicated Tax offering, supporting accountancy firms, consultancies and financial services organisations across areas including Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax, Private Client Tax, M&A Tax and other specialist tax disciplines.

Simon takes a consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on understanding both the technical requirements of a role and the wider motivations behind a move. He works closely with candidates throughout their careers and helps clients identify talent that can make a genuine long term impact on their business.

Over the course of his career, Simon has built an extensive network across the financial and professional services markets and has experience supporting hires from emerging talent through to senior leadership.
