Roberta Georgiou

Roberta began her recruitment career in 2018 and brings over seven years’ experience across recruitment and target-driven sales. She spent several years in health and social care recruitment, progressing from Candidate Manager to Consultant, Team Leader and ultimately Team Manager. Seeing a growing demand for skilled change professionals, Roberta moved into financial services and joined Bruin as an AVP Consultant to specialise in change and transformation. She takes real pride in the relationships she builds and loves helping candidates take the next step in their careers while supporting clients to find the people who make their programmes a success.
