Luke Adams

Luke leads Bruin's Finance, Tax & Audit practice across the Financial Services sector. While overseeing the firm's broader finance, tax and audit offering, his primary focus is on senior finance & valuations leadership searches within Asset Management, Private Markets and Alternative Investments. Holding a BSc in Physics & Astrophysics from the University of Bristol, Luke advises clients on the attraction and assessment of senior finance talent, including CFO and Finance Director appointments, as well as mandates across FP&A, business finance, fund finance, financial control and valuations functions. He works closely with asset managers, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and alternative investment firms, helping CFOs and finance leaders build high-performing teams that support growth, transformation and increasingly sophisticated commercial decision-making. Luke’s team cover finance, valuations, tax and audit appointments from part-qualified professionals through to heads of function across the Financial Services sector.
