Judy Ramones

With nearly 15 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Judy specializes in end-to-end hiring across banking, financial services, consulting, and shared services environments. Prior to joining Bruin, he managed recruitment for consumer banking, branch banking, fund accounting, investment, and financial reporting functions. He also spent several years with a global bank, supporting recruitment across Oceania and leading agent hiring initiatives. Earlier in his career, Judy worked with EY’s global consulting practice, where he supported executive search and senior-level recruitment across the APAC region.
