Holding a BA (Hons) in Business and Economics, Joel brings over six years of recruitment experience, with a particular focus on the alternatives market, spanning hedge funds, private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real assets. He works closely with a London-focused client base ranging from large market leaders to smaller mid-market houses, advising on the attraction and assessment of senior finance talent, providing market insight and consulting on hiring plans.
