Ebony began her professional recruitment career back in 2017 and was always keen to become a true Partner and specialist within the Financial Services space. She has been honed her skills through completing her law degree in London and consulting a wide range of FS clients on their Risk & Compliance hires. As a consultant with a niche focus she enjoys supporting her candidates and also collaborating with organisations on their D&I strategies. Ebony has been a become an advocate within E,D &I, speaking publicly at a number of events and conferences on topics close to her heart and championing diversity of thought / diverse hiring.
