Ben specialises in placing Finance, Accounting & Tax professionals into Banking, Broking, and FinTech businesses. He is recognised as a genuine specialist with deep market knowledge and a well-established network. 

Ben and his wider team partner with leading Global Investment Banks through to Challenger Banks and start-ups, delivering hires across the full spectrum from part-qualified professionals through to senior hires, adopting a consultative approach to deliver tailored and high-quality recruitment solutions. Ben holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. He joined Bruin as a graduate on the Contract Finance team, before transitioning to the Permanent Finance & Tax team.
