The Legal Team specialises in permanent hires for our Financial Services clients, as well as Private Practice.



  • Manage the 360° recruitment lifecycle
  • Daily strategic management of the Legal Desk to ensure delivery
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
  • To run formal pitches for new business
  • To agree terms of business with new clients
  • To secure PSL status with new and existing clients
  • To manage key client accounts taking full responsibility for developing successful relationships
  • To set and work towards an agreed budget
  • To have a strong understanding of how the recruitment business works and to take a commercial and business focused approach at all times
  • To manage the financial affairs of the desk, keeping a close eye on expenditure, invoicing, mark-up and margin to increase the profitability of the desk and The FISER Group.
  • Keep on top of marketplace innovations and trends to ensure we are market leaders
  • Analyse internal recruitment requirements
  • Develop and improve the candidate experience
  • To hold regular formal appraisals on your desk, set targets and manage your division
  • Deliver commercial targets against our SLAs and KPIs
  • Training and coaching junior members in the team
  • Representing the legal team in management meetings
  • Excellent research and sourcing skills – using a variety of sourcing methods to unearth the very best talent


Person Profile/Desired Experience:

  • Educated to a bachelors level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • From an agency or in-house background
  • An established client base with a strong professional reputation and network
  • Previous management experience or an appetite for people management
  • Ability to operate independently and within a team setting
  • Well organised and articulate
  • Robust negotiation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
