Shev has 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily within Claims for both motor and home products and more recently as a Resource Analyst managing the Claims contact centres. She holds a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner (CII) qualification which has contributed to her knowledge on the Insurance industry. Shev decided to put her knowledge and experience to use and begin her career in recruitment where she joined Bruin in 2022 as an Analyst Researcher and will be focused on roles on roles within the Pensions & Employee Benefits desk.
