Oliver began his career in recruitment in the non-life actuarial sector where he covered the Lloyds and London market as well as the Personal Lines space. Prior to moving into recruitment, Oliver was a Catering manager in Australia where he was responsible for the organisation and management of weddings and corporate events. Oliver joined Bruin in 2021 as a consultant on the Pensions & Employee Benefits desk focusing on investment consultant and actuarial roles covering all of the UK, quickly being promoted to AVP Consultant in 2022.
