Luka joined Bruin Financial in 2021 as an analyst researcher for the HR & Secretarial division. Prior to this, Luka’s background was in retail for 3 years, learning the ins and outs of sales. Alongside this he engaged in voluntary work at his student union, regularly liaising between staff and presenting on ongoing issues.  He holds a BA in Sociology, giving him a comprehensive knowledge of understanding people’s histories and how roles are affected by privilege and diversity; providing him a better understanding for matching candidates and their individual backgrounds and skills to their best-suited roles within the financial sector.
