Our client a Global Asset Manager is looking for an HRIS Operations Administrator to join their thriving London based HR team.
Reporting in the Global Head of Talent Management (based in the US) you will be tasked with supporting the global (c2000) employee base autonomously ensuring the data is kept up to date and correct to ensure you can run a variety of MI reports. An in depth knowledge of Success Factors (SAP) is essential for this role.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining all employee records in SAP, including new starters, returning employees, promotions and leavers with high level of accuracy
Responsible for maintaining organisation level changes in SAP, which includes analysis and modelling different types of changes and determining the correct configuration
Ensuring all benefit information is entered into SAP system
Checking monthly payroll reports from SAP before sending to Payroll team
Answering employee questions in relation to absence management
Completing reports for senior management
Working closely with Payroll to sort potential issues with the data
