Investment Operations Administrator Liverpool Salary Very Competitive
We are working with a leading provider of financial education who are recruiting for Operations Administrators in Liverpool. Fantastic salary and excellent benefits.
This role is responsible for all aspects of investment administration. This includes processing new business, ISA transfers, servicing requests, fee calculations and withdrawals. Also responsible for ensuring a timely, pro-active and high quality service is provided to clients at all times.
To ensure the full investment administration lifecycle is delivered in accordance with our terms & conditions, internal procedures and within the relevant regulatory framework
Accurately process new business, monitoring progress through to completion, monitoring receipt of funds and initial fees
Banking and allocation of client money, ensuring FCA regulatory requirements are met
Liaising with ceding ISA scheme providers to obtain ISA transfer monies, ensuring all relevant information is obtained
Accurately process investment/disinvestment instructions relating to new business, additional investments, reallocations and withdrawals
Undertake all aspects of general investment and ISA administration
Complete fee and other complex calculations
Provide a timely, pro-active and high quality service to clients at all times
Assist with investigation of complex cases
Handling both written and telephone enquiries from clients, advisers and 3rd party service providers
Identifying and reporting complaints and where appropriate collating relevant timeline for the complaint handler
Liaise closely with other teams and with 3rd party service providers
CISI Investment Operations Certificate or equivalent
