We are currently assisting a very well respected Lloyds Broker recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for their forward thinking and proactive Marketing function.
The Broker has always had employee welfare at the forefront of whatever they do, from developing their employee wellbeing to professionally developing their employees. They are one of the leading and well respected Insurance Brokers in their field. This is highlighted in the Marketing projects you and the rest of the Marketing team will be responsible for.

You will be responsible for:
Leading the creation, development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy, to support the achievement of corporate and business unit objectives.
Managing all online digital marketing activities including Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Paid Search Advertising and Email Marketing.
Measuring and reporting on all key performance of digital marketing activity against objectives, goals and KPIs.
Working with other team members to create high quality written and visual content for each digital campaign.
Own the development and day-to-day running of the companys websites
Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the company is at the forefront of developments by capitalising on the right opportunities.
Responsible for developing relationships and gaining buy in from key internal clients and senior stakeholders
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
Previous experience within the Lloyds and London Insurance Market is desirable for this role.
The role is joining a Marketing team that is extremely well thought of within the internal structure of the business and is integral in working towards the companys strategy and business goals.
