An international asset management company is looking for a UK Intermediary Marketing Lead to own the development, delivery, communication and review of the marketing strategy for the UK Intermediary business channel.
Manage and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Be responsible for the companys marketing strategy for the UK Intermediary channel, working alongside the Head of Sales and other key contributors.
Use market research and data analysis to ensure the strategy focuses on client needs.
Oversee a full range of marketing activities to make sure marketing objectives are hit and are in line with strategy.
Maximise the value from the marketing budget available, monitoring return on investment and impact versus agreed metrics.
Make sure all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines and processes are followed.
Line manage three team members which includes objective setting, coaching, performance measurement.
Communicate plans and update relevant stakeholders on activity/results.
Experience within a similar channel and product areas.
Creative, idea generating and prepared to challenge the norm.
Proactive, accountable and prepared to take ownership.
Knowledge of the investment management industry.
Strong marketing track record with experience of implementing the full media mix, promotions and communications within a relevant industry.
Experience of managing external third party relationships and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Project management skills with a track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
Experience in implementing marketing strategy.
Experience of managing people and leading a small team.
