An international asset management company is looking for a UK Intermediary Marketing Lead to own the development, delivery, communication and review of the marketing strategy for the UK Intermediary business channel.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy for the UK Intermediary channel, working alongside the Head of Sales and other key contributors.
• Use market research and data analysis to ensure the strategy focuses on client needs.
• Oversee a full range of marketing activities to make sure marketing objectives are hit and are in line with strategy.
• Maximise the value from the marketing budget available, monitoring return on investment and impact versus agreed metrics.
• Make sure all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines and processes are followed.
• Line manage three team members which includes objective setting, coaching, performance measurement.
• Communicate plans and update relevant stakeholders on activity/results.

Key Requirements
• Experience within a similar channel and product areas.
• Creative, idea generating and prepared to challenge the norm.
• Proactive, accountable and prepared to take ownership.
• Knowledge of the investment management industry.
• Strong marketing track record with experience of implementing the full media mix, promotions and communications within a relevant industry.
• Experience of managing external third party relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Project management skills with a track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
• Experience in implementing marketing strategy.
• Experience of managing people and leading a small team.
