One of Europes largest asset managers and a major global investor is looking for a Distribution Executive to join its London team and to contribute to sales activity.
Organise meetings for consultants and new business pitches.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and make people aware of these opportunities.
Maintain a database of consultant information, supporting material and records of any sales activity.
Responding to internal and external queries, requests for information and data, resolving any queries in a timely manner.
Update systems used for management information.
Identify ways to streamline current processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency.
Develop an understanding of clients, products and services.
Be active and involved in corporate entertainment schedule and individual consultant events.
Maintain excellent working relationships.
Experience in the investment management industry and sales support is advantageous.
Experience in dealing with clients and building relationships.
Institutional client experience is ideal.
Strong workflow management experience.
Good negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of investment market and economic issues is preferable.
Excellent IT skills, salesforce experience is a bonus.
Proactive and can work on your own initiative.
