A specialist asset manager is looking for a new Product Specialist and Sales Manager to join their London team.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop a wide range of Institutional clients and prospects.
• Act as the main point of contact to clients, intermediaries and prospects.
• Coordinate any internal resources needed.
• Create new and actively pursue business development opportunities.
• Monitor and sign-off the RfP process for business pipeline.
• Negotiate client contracts and agreements, such as fees.
• Look after client operational set-up.
• Lead sales pitches and presentations.
• Attending relevant conferences and networking events.
• Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations in the countries where operations take place.
• Help maintain and develop the Institutional Clients’ Team marketing materials and pitchbooks.

Key Requirements
• Experience in a similar role within Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the company’s investment services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A team player.
• Experience of building relationships, account management, client liaison and presentation.
• Good judgment and ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to deliver and negotiate under pressure.
• Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines.
