A leading global asset management firm is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to supervise and manage the day-to-day workload of digital communications; the successful applicant will be based in the London office.
Build and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish this includes content, layout, message, segmentation and analysis.
Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar that supports the strategies of the business in all the countries.
Supervise and manage the day-to-day workload of digital communications via marketing channels across email (Marketo).
Work alongside satellite marketing offices to make sure best practices are adhered to.
Encourage the best practices around data quality and compliance and legal governance.
Help manage and co-ordinate the workflow with the help of an external agency.
Strong knowledge and experience in Marketo.
Experience in leading the development and implementation of automated and event triggered email programs is an advantage.
Understanding of email and database marketing infrastructures and technologies.
Knowledge and management experience of social media channels which have a business context such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of HTML.
Knowledge of Photoshop software.
Experience using scheduling software such as SpreadFast is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
A passion for all things digital.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Can deal with colleagues at all seniority levels.
Can remain calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment.
Works well in a team and is adaptable.
