A dynamic client of ours who offers world class investment solutions is looking for a Employee Communications Manager to join their team in the South East.
Help create engaging and innovative employee communication strategies for the Asset Management and Technology functions.
Put these plans in place and so that employees have a greater and broader understanding of the aims and objectives of their business area and the company as a whole.
Work alongside key stakeholders in each of these areas and be aware of key topics that will support communications.
Recognise different audience groups within the business and identify the most effective way to communicate with each of these groups in terms of the type of information they need receive and which is the best way to receive this information.
Implement new and innovative ways of relaying information to employees, ideally using technology driven solutions.
Work alongside employees and encourage feedback on issues so that they feel their views are listened to and can be actioned.
Manage and implement a number of employee communications projects, making use of mediums such as web chats, employee meetings and leadership team meetings.
Experience in communications, Journalism or a related and relevant skill is an advantage.
Strong experience in senior stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment.
Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and listen to others ideas in order to produce top quality communications.
Ability to interpret data to produce relevant and engaging employee communications.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
