An industry-leading provider of financial intelligence solutions is looking for a Sales Associate to join its Canary Wharf office.

Key Responsibilities
• Work alongside the Commercial Head of EMEA to plan and implement a strategy aiming at new accounts within specific markets.
• Developing and building lists of new potential clients within specific markets.
• Cold calling and pitching to these potential clients.
• Book introduction conference calls and meetings for new clients.
• Convert leads into prospects by pitching opportunities.
• Producing objectives for certain markets.
• Help with any current and ongoing client communications.
• Work alongside the other regional sales and marketing teams.
• Produce weekly reports which summarise the above activities as well as keeping client records up-to-date using the internal systems in place.

Key requirements
• Previous experience in roles which are client facing.
• Experience in cold calling.
• Professional and confident manner on the telephone.
• Interest in current global affairs and economics.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate via email.
• Skilled user of Microsoft applications in particular Excel.
• Hard working with an excellent attention to detail.
• Additional languages and knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
