One of our top private, independent investment management clients are looking for a marketing operations specialist.
Plan and manage the process of content enterprises
Be involved in the daily review, follow up with submitters when appropriate and look after all incoming briefs for completeness.
Organise global and local resources, manage changing priorities, recognise risks & dependencies and communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders on a regular basis.
Review task allocations and positions making sure individuals perform appropriately.
Management of Kapost, a content workflow tool
Will become an expert in the Kapost tool.
Teach and help teams across the world on how to use Kapost and make sure similar procedures & SLAs are being followed and understood.
Become the main point of contact for all questions when it comes to Kapost and will be responsible for looking after the process and documenting it to share with the fellow team members..
Make sure of processes and procedures are as efficient as possible by doing regular one spot checks and using Kapost workflow metrics data. Allowing the chance to notice and start process changes, collaborate with global colleagues to facilitate any changes, implementing them and manage any consequences change.
Strong relationship and collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be quick to act when problems appear and be able to think creatively to sort them.
Previous experience working on a workflow tool would also be ideal.
Excellent project management skills.
