An active asset managers based in London is looking for a head of strategic alliances who is responsible for generating new fund sales.
Develop and manage relationships with vital decision makers to gain fund positions on panels for the accounts.
Maintain and improve relationships with all decision makers to gain fund ratings and panel positions.
Make sure relationships with the sales team are strong to enhance collective sales from the advisory market.
Manage a team of two, having regular 1 to 1 meetings, monitoring their performance and setting objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with businesss that supply you with risk management support as well as data which includes distribution technology to increase sales across all channels as a collective.
Aware and knowledge about the UK advisory market.
Good experience in people management.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Worked previously with the firms sales people.
High amounts of business acumen.
Fast learner who is both resourceful and adaptable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
