Customer Strategy Manager (considering graduate level candidates)

A leading provider of advice, investments, wealth management and financial solutions for its vast range of global investors is looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to join either its London or Southampton team.
Key responsibilities:

This role is about measuring activity across the business and creating a view of the customer.

This individual will learn about the customer perspective and could use this a stepping stone into a broader strategy role longer term.

They will be responsible for the following:

• Alignment of customer objectives: Have regular communication with customer facing colleagues and building strong relationships with them in order to make strategic plans focused on making a difference for customers. Sharing knowledge and proactively searching for techniques on how to best look after customers. Represent the company at customer events and forums
• Development of strategic initiatives for customers: Run small to medium sized work projects which provide the company with solutions on how to improve customer experience and generally get a greater understanding of customers. Gain an understanding in customer insight and the general landscape to put in place strategies for projects. Represent the company at forums and meetings. Develop customer content to distribute to wider stakeholders across the company.
• Development and Creation of customer reports: Prepare a schedule of internal customer reporting ensuring everything produced is presented on time and is of a high standard.

Key requirements:
• Our client is looking for post graduates with some investment management experience to be based in either their London or Southampton office
• They could have come from either a financial services project role or a broader marketing role
• They will need to assimilate information and oversee customer plans and metrics, run mini customer centric projects
