One of our dynamic and prominent investment management clients is currently seeking a Senior Bid Manager to permanently join their team in London.
This role is placed in the Marketing team, however, you will also be reporting into the Head of Institutional Sales, given the dual nature of both managing the RFP process, but also coaching and developing the Sales team from an RFP/Bid perspective.
Key responsibilities will include:
Produce, collate and manage high quality RFP and pitch proposals which will translate into a compelling and bespoke proposition to attract new clients.
Monitor and manage central database systems to ensure the relevancy and quality of outputs
Work with internal stakeholders and Regional Business Development Directors to develop and design optimal materials required for pitches
Developing and coaching bid teams to ensure there is strong alignment in communications from tender to pitch
Key requirements will include:
Established experience of managing bids in an asset management, Fiduciary or Consulting environment
A successful track record of driving RFPs through to the next stage of the pipeline and winning bids
Deep knowledge of investment industry, asset classes and investment styles. IMC minimum, CFA desirable
Working knowledge of InDesign desirable
