One of our asset management clients is currently seeking a curious, smart and forward thinking insight specialist to join their offices in London. In this role, you will form part of our lean, multidisciplinary innovation team.
Responsible for distribution of customer insight programs that support various projects and/or business units to assess the desirability of ideas and present new opportunities.
Responsible for observing the firm's competitors. Presenting consistent analysis to various stakeholders to use.
Planning and running focus groups, 1-2-1 interviews, workshops and other qualitative research techniques. Experience in writing, programing and running online surveys. Fusing results into engaging playback reports.
Understanding analytical systems, tools and ability to manipulate data into straightforward reports that highlight opportunities. Being able to demonstrate a pragmatic and flexible approach when presented with unfinished or unobtainable data sets.
Working closely with Creative designers to present your findings in a compelling and engaging way. Communicate insights and impact to the rest of the business using existing internal comms systems and programs
Responding to requests in a timely manner, recommending and advising on most appropriate research methods.
Key skills required:
Several years of professional experience of qualitative research methods
Quantitative insight methods are a bonus
Excellent understanding of design thinking/human-centered design
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Confident to work autonomously, work self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
Fluent English, other languages a bonus
Understanding of investing, banking or insurance a bonus
Able to travel to UK, Europe and Asia
