Our client, a leading global Asset Manager is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their team as their new Internal Communications Specialist. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing digital team who value creativity, innovative solutions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
 Provide a high performance digital employee experience, with primary responsibility for managing the firm’s intranet and co-ordinating internal communications delivery
 Lead the intranet strategy, providing the optimum user experience
 Improve the consistency of messaging across platforms and find ways to reduce the volume of all staff emails
 Chair the monthly internal comms and intranet editorial committee

Key requirements
 Strong written communication skills that can be optimised for digital delivery
 Experience in Asset Management/Financial services within a role dealing with internal comms and/or Intranet platforms
 Be able to co-ordinate delivery across multiple teams/offices and champion internal comms/intranet within the business
 Knowledge and management experience of social media channels (Twitter and LinkedIn) within a business context
 Proven background in setting a strategy and delivering against a plan
