A leading global bank is currently seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to join their team based in London.

Key responsibilities:

- Support sales/coverage efforts through overseeing and developing the strategic and tactical plans programs to grow brand awareness
- Evaluates and amend the current marketing program to reflect the company’s post Brexit and revised priorities
- Aligns resources (program, financial, administrative and agency), to ensure highest impact programs are prioritised and completed
- Communicate and stakeholder manage across multiple areas including marketing, communications, ESG and public policy groups to ensure alignment
- Take lead of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns align to that strategy – this includes a mix of digital and offline marketing, event strategy, sponsorship strategy, segment strategy, content strategy and positioning
- Provide client insights including client and prospect demographics, personas, decision drivers and more

Key requirements:
- Background from a top tier investment bank or consultancy
- B2B generalist marketing knowledge and experience
- Understanding of products, financials, regulatory impacts, revenue drivers, competition, and differentiators in the market
- Expert in industry trends and forecast
- Ability to define and communicate program success criteria to the department and all relevant stakeholders
