One of our asset management clients is looking for an individual to acquire the title of Investment Sales Support to join their expanding team in London.
In this role you will be expected to contribute to sales activity by co-ordinating meetings, emails and client follow up. It will also require the individual to be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and communicating these to the Investment Sales Managers.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Providing dedicated sales support to investment sales managers including maintaining an organised database of consolidated information, supporting material and records of sales activity.
-Providing consolidated information obtained from category management, marketing, fund operations, client servicing and fund management areas to the sales team
-Acting as a conduit between the sales team and the above areas of the firm in order to ensure the demands of the sales effort are delivered satisfactorily.
-Maintaining a high level knowledge of the firms Investments unit trust range and the investment philosophy
Key Requirements will include:
-Previous Financial Services experience
-Previous experience working with European Investment clients
-Experience working with European Investments
-A strong track record of working in a client service role
