One of our clients is currently seeking a CRM Manager to join their expanding team in London.

In this role you will be responsible for the global administrative and business support responsibilities for the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, and other global Sales/Servicing and Marketing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Capturing, scope, validate and obtain signoff of new business requirements for the systems to support
-Prioritising the list of requirements/backlog in line with business needs and communicate with the businesses
-Working with the offshore development team to refine the solution seeking user approval where necessary and oversee the development and system testing of the changes
-Undertaking user acceptance testing and where appropriate engage with business users for signoff

Key requirements:
-Knowledge of Asset Management, specifically the business processes within Marketing, Sales and Client Service teams
-A good understanding of Client data
-Demonstrable experience in managing the enhancements and the user support/training of a business system
-Knowledge of and familiarity with various software development tools
