One of our boutique multi-asset investment management clients is currently seeking an individual to acquire the title of Nordics Wholesale Client Services Support to permanently join their team in London. The firm is committed to building lasting partnerships that leverage their distinctive expertise across their multiple asset classes.
In this role you will be required to support the Sales Process and the relevant Client Service Process in the Nordics. The role is an integral part of the sales process and involves a variety of activities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Funding questionnaires from various types of clients and prospects;
- Involvement with legal agreements with potential distributors; Assistance with Fund presentations for in-house meetings, conferences and roadshows;
-Completion of Distributor Due Diligence questionnaires (3DQ's)
-Attendance at meetings and conference calls with clients, prospects, fund managers, and ratings agencies etc.
Key requirements will include:
- In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry and local regulations.
- Good knowledge of investment products
- Good economic knowledge
