One of our investment management clients is currently seeking an individual to take on the managerial role of ‘Head of Business Development and Client Relations’ within their expanding team in London.The firm is a global active investment manager, covering a wide range of asset classes including equities, fixed incomes and alternatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

-The Overall management of the two sections of the Marketing Department (Business Development team and Client Services & Communication team)
-Developing new business from prospective and existing clients within Europe
-Client Service for clients contracted to the firm’s UK market
-Managing relationships with firm’s group companies
-Developing and implementing the strategy for the firm’s sales and marketing efforts

Key requirements:
-Strong experience in the business development of the asset management industry.
-Broad and deep understandings of fund business in Europe, (particularly UCITs fund)
-Superior capability of managing the client services and communication activities
-Japanese language skills would be advantageous
-Degree educated or equivalent
