BRUIN Financial are proud to partner one the UK's leading Property Management Businesses in their search for a CRM Manager. The CRM & Proptech Executive will have an important role within the organisation which will focus on two core areas:
1. Promoting the use of existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems that are used across the business through communication, implementation of best practice protocols, providing training and offering administrative support as required.
2. Acting as the day to day contact for the implementation of CRM systems improvement projects, including development of best practice protocols, providing training to staff and offering administrative support as required.
This role will suit an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment has experience of customer relationship management and a passion for improving data management and data quality within organisations.
Experience required to be succesful in this position;
At least 2 to 3 years of working within a CRM systems environment
Experience of bespoke, customised and off-the-shelf CRM systems set-up and administration for a medium or large organisation.
Experience using PRISM (Agency Pilot) and DataHug CRM tools would be a distinct advantage
Experience of working in a b2b environment, preferably with a professional services focus. Commercial property industry experience would be ideal
