Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is looking for a Programme Manager to join their Distributions Operations team based in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience building and running a change team within a financial services institution.
- Provide leadership across the change team and engage stakeholders across multiple business areas.
- Work across operational teams and support their change management processes.
- Ensure the management, guidance and mentoring of the change team.
- Experience as a senior project manager or programme manager within a change team.
- Strong understanding of operations and distribution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
