A leading Investment Bank is looking for an IAM System Support Analyst to join their control It Department to provide application administration and development on the SailPoint Application to ensure operational stability, performance, governance and business needs are delivered.
• Deliver (BAU) Support to all applications supported by the Control IT Application Support Team with specific focus on the SailPoint and Hitachi Privileged Access Management systems.
• Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems, communicating in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain appropriate vendor relationships
• Facilitate regular training & awareness sessions for new users on Control IT Products/ Toolsets
• Provide First, Second and Third line support across the stack of Control IT Applications

Qualifications & Attributes

• Experience of working in Identity Access Management in a regulated industry.
• Risk Management - Identifies and manages risk within their areas of influence and uses.
• Project Management - Develops and monitors courses of action for themselves and others to ensure that work is completed.
• Worked in a process driven environment and familiar with ITIL framework and Incident, Problem and Change management principles.
• Identity Access Management software
• Application Development Experience – Have solid skills in the following coding languages
• Beanshell/Javascript
• Java
• Python
• JSP/Servlets
• SQL query
• C++
• .NET
• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, REST, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with QA duties
• (Experience with hosted software solutions hosted as Software as a Service (SAAS)
• Active Directory – a good understanding of Active Directory OU structure, Group Policies and NTFS permissioning. Experience in provisioning of access to AD groups and OUs is essential.
• ITSM Tool experience
