One of our financial services clients based in the West Midlands is looking for a PMO Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity as you will gain exposure across various business units and advance your career in a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with various Project Managers and Directors providing project support which will enable the business to meet its objectives
• Assist the Project Managers and Portfolio Controllers with delivering change
• Support project start up by providing guidance to Project Managers to ensure that the projects are compliant with the governance, Strategic, I.T, Platform and Digital frameworks
• Provide guidance on the project initiation
• Ensure that the Project Manager identifies and mitigates any risks
• Work with the Product controller to ensure that all business cases produced are quality checked and challenged
• Use the change management tool to track and action exception reports.

Skill Required

• Proven experience in providing PMO functions and services
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, ideally from using regularly in current role
• Knowledge of project demand management
• Understanding of the project delivery frameworks
• Knowledge of process improvement and portfolio management tools
• Change delivery qualifications such as Prince 2
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Excellent MS Package skills
