We are working on behalf of a successful Pensions Consulting firm seeking an Experienced Pensions Administrator to join their Birmingham Office. You will be a key part of the team and working alongside pensions consultants, trustees and a friendly, diverse team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to further grow and develop within the Pensions Market.
Providing personal service to meet the needs of clients and members and give them the best experience
Calculating retirement, death, divorce & transfer quotations
Dealing with pension related queries and requests to do with the full pensions lifecycle
Coming up with new ways to improve client and member service and help to implement these
Helping draft administration reports and learn how to present them to clients and trustees
