A leading client has opened up a fantastic opportunity to join their Birmingham office as a Client Manager. In this role you will be assigned a number of trust based DC & DB Clients. The main purpose of the role is to deliver pensions Administration Propositions and develop existing and new relationships.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
Manage and further develop client relationships to ensure that expectations are met and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensure clear communication between clients, administration & operations team.
Keep track of all non routine and routine TPA work that is carried out and ensuring that it is being run at a high standard.
Attending client meetings in various UK locations and occasionally working from other offices.
Arrange, prepare for and attend meetings with clients and relevant team members
Oversee installation of new clients
Role requirements are:
DB & DC Benefits structure knowledge is essential
Preferably working towards APMI Qualification or already qualified
Project Management and relationship building experience
