One of our clients is looking for an Experienced Pension Administrator to join their team based in Heathrow. This is a great opportunity as you will get to work on a variety of schemes and enhance your current knowledge. The position is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent and further your career within the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Deal with all member queries efficiently ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Process death and retirements as well as any other administrative tasks within the timeframe of the service level agreements.
• Complete and check pension calculations, both automated and manual
• Complete the maintenance of the membership records
• Calculate the net pay and process pension payrolls.
• Keep an up to date and working knowledge of each scheme
• Undergo project work as and when necessary
• Add value to the department through participating in team meetings
• Ensure that your targets are met and your work meets the standard of the business
• Complete training when necessary
• Immediately escalate any issues faced or breaches to the team leader
• Ensure that the pension administration process is in line with all legislations, regulatory codes and governance standards.

Skills and Experience Required
• Previous DB and DC experience is essential
• Is up to date with the pensions industry regulations and current legislations
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• GCSE English and Maths at grade B or above
• Work well with a team
• Have good attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Willing to take professional exams in order to further career
