One of our clients is looking for an Experienced Pension Administrator to join their team based in Heathrow. This is a great opportunity as you will get to work on a variety of schemes and enhance your current knowledge. The position is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent and further your career within the company.
Deal with all member queries efficiently ensuring that all deadlines are met
Process death and retirements as well as any other administrative tasks within the timeframe of the service level agreements.
Complete and check pension calculations, both automated and manual
Complete the maintenance of the membership records
Calculate the net pay and process pension payrolls.
Keep an up to date and working knowledge of each scheme
Undergo project work as and when necessary
Add value to the department through participating in team meetings
Ensure that your targets are met and your work meets the standard of the business
Complete training when necessary
Immediately escalate any issues faced or breaches to the team leader
Ensure that the pension administration process is in line with all legislations, regulatory codes and governance standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous DB and DC experience is essential
Is up to date with the pensions industry regulations and current legislations
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
GCSE English and Maths at grade B or above
Work well with a team
Have good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Willing to take professional exams in order to further career
