Ensure that all events are properly planned and scheduled in with all areas across the business unit.
Liaise with senior stakeholders and support them at meetings when necessary, making sure that all the relevant documentation and data is present and has been properly checked.
Be the main point of contact for the clients providing them with the necessary information.
Ensure that that all processes are correctly followed as previously arranged
Be the point of contact for various teams when working on new schemes and mandates as well as keeping track of their progress.
Form strong working relationships across the business in order to ensure that clients receive the best service possible.
Resolve and escalate any client related or scheme specific issues.
Find ways to improve the service provided to the stakeholders
Keeping up to date with market changes and regulatory issues to ensure that the issues dont impact client processes.
Good knowledge and experience of DC product solutions.
Previous experience from an operational background in a corporate client relationship management role.
Working knowledge of DC scheme operational processes, controls and quality assurance.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders as well as managing their expectations
Sophisticated data analysis skills
Relevant Industry experience
Appropriate qualifications are desirable
