We are working with a leading Pensions Specialist firm who are seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join the administration team in their central London office. You’ll be a key part of the team and working with a friendly, diverse and busy team.

This role is a great opportunity to build your existing Pensions experience as well as developing additional skills. This fantastic firm is also provides additional study support such as PMI & CPA.

Knowledge & Experience
• Previous DB or DC pensions experience
• Previous mentoring experience would be beneficial
• Minimum 5 years experience within Pensions Administration

Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal service to meet the needs of clients and members and give them the best experience
• Day to day management of client relationships with scheme Members, Trustees and Corporate Clients
• Ability to calculate pension payouts
• Helping deal with pension related queries and requests to do with the full pensions lifecycle
• Informally training and mentoring more junior team members
• Checking calculations made by junior staff members
• Help with drafting administration reports and learn how to present them trustees and scheme owners
• Coming up with new ways to improve our client and member service and help to implement these
