We are working with a leading Pensions Specialist firm who are seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join the administration team in their central London office. Youll be a key part of the team and working with a friendly, diverse and busy team.
This role is a great opportunity to build your existing Pensions experience as well as developing additional skills. This fantastic firm is also provides additional study support such as PMI & CPA.
Knowledge & Experience
Previous DB or DC pensions experience
Previous mentoring experience would be beneficial
Minimum 5 years experience within Pensions Administration
Providing personal service to meet the needs of clients and members and give them the best experience
Day to day management of client relationships with scheme Members, Trustees and Corporate Clients
Ability to calculate pension payouts
Helping deal with pension related queries and requests to do with the full pensions lifecycle
Informally training and mentoring more junior team members
Checking calculations made by junior staff members
Help with drafting administration reports and learn how to present them trustees and scheme owners
Coming up with new ways to improve our client and member service and help to implement these
