We are working on behalf of a leading Professional Trustee form seeking to appoint a Junior Trustee Consultant. The role will provide support for all activities undertaken by the independent trustee team.

The position will be well suited to someone who has minimum 6 years pensions administration experience and preferably with a broad exposure to the inner workings of a DB pension scheme and experience interacting or providing support to Trustees. The role offers the chance for career progression and working towards an independent trustee role in the future (if desirable).

Key Responsibilities

• To be the main point of contact for a range of large/complex pension schemes
• To ensure each Scheme has a suitable project or business plan
• Mainly dealing with Defined Benefits but potentially touching basis on Defined Contribution schemes also
• Accurately maintaining the schemes’ database records
• Administer client portfolios in accordance to their business/business plan
• Continuously keeping in contact with scheme members and updating them with the progress of their schemes

Our client has a strong preference for those who have APMI/PMI qualification or willing to further studies.
