We are recruiting for a well known Asset Management firm.
They’re looking for a Team Leader who has proven people management experience and ideally with large teams, working with transformation projects and complex clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Senior Management and to help implement strategic changes and deliver any risk reductions
• Ensuring efficiency and continuously enhancing customer satisfaction
• Supporting and representing your team performance to Senior Management and Internal Stake Holders
• Providing support to team members with any escalated or complex queries
• Ability to make complex, balanced and logical decisions with accountability and ownership
• Conduct team appraisals and ensure that all members are up to date with their responsibilities and activity
Skills & Experience
• Proven Management & Leadership experience
• Previous Pensions experience and understanding of retirement legislation
• Experience in Project Management & strong attention to detail
• Preferably FA2 Pensions qualification
