We are currently overseeing an exciting role for a Pensions Provider seeking a manager to oversee their Master Trust Solution.
The position will take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance, performance and development of the Master Trust solution notably regarding regulator demands and developments. The position with work alongside senior leaders across the Corporate Pensions/Workplace practice and also interact closely with the Independent Governance Committee and the Trustee board.
We are seeking a senior hire with a range of skills and experience, to include a deep level of expertise within the Corporate DC and Master Trust market, project management skills, senior stakeholder management skills and a sound understanding of Master Trust governance and regulations. The role will blend a high level of responsibility together with a need to be hands-on and focused upon delivery.
The role will be very well suited to Pensions Consultants and/or technical pensions specialists within the Master Trust or Pensions Provider market. A Project Management background within the Corporate Pensions market would also be appealing.

- Excellent relationship and communications skills
- Experience dealing with regulatory requirements within the Corporate Pensions market
- Commercially aware with a suitable understand of the wider Corporate Pensions market and client and regulatory demands.
