I am pleased to be working with a leading independent consulting firm that has now opened up a fantastic opportunity within their Leeds office.
The main responsibility of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients and to ensure all projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This will be a great opportunity to build on your existing technical experience, develop project management skills and help evolve our processes and procedures.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Providing a seamless, professional and personal service to meet the needs of our clients scope
Communicate with your given clients, their advisors or members
Calculate various payouts
Preparing and regularly checking annual benefits statements
Dealing with complex pensions related queries and requests which span the full pensions lifecycle
Carrying out data cleansing of pension scheme data, to identify and rectify historic errors
Coming up with ways to improve our client and member service and help to implement these
