Client Services Executive up to £24,000 OTE £39,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Wealth Management Company in Liverpool City Centre. The Financial Services Organisation is seeking a Client Services Executive to join on a permanent basis.
As a Client Services Executive you will be working as part of a productive, high performing team providing a first class service to internal and external clients by processing Middle Office activities of all types.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Undertake activities as described within the Client Services Executive role description. This can be summarised as contributing to all servicing activities relating to the full lifecycle of our clients; Client Take On, Client Data Maintenance, Asset Maintenance and Transfers, Client Reporting, Liaising internally and with third party providers and Account Closures.
Liaise with Wrap providers to agree technical and reporting requirements to facilitate the addition of new wraps to onto the platform.
Creation and maintenance of investment compliance rules on SEI.
Direct Debits Obtain and update Client Mandates, Issuance of Cancellation and Advance collection notices to clients.
Support the dealing desk by overseeing broker set up, inputting trade instructions and issuance of Contract notes upon receipt from SEI.
Assist with SEI oversight under SYSC 8 rules in respect of Custody, Corporate Actions and Dividends.
Provide support to investment managers across the company.
Identify, manage and resolve any client reporting issues through validation of sample valuations, ensuring accuracy prior to issuing .
Creation and maintenance of Client on-line access.
Oversight of SEI issue management and resolution.
Ensure all transactions are completed correctly and are fully FCA compliant, with due consideration given to TCF and the underlying client impact.
