We are working for a Pensions and Employee Benefits advisor seeking to appoint a regional Account Development Director to oversee the growth and development of a portfolio of small-to-medium clients. Managing a team of client managers, the role will focus on developing key client relationships, identifying business development opportunities and driving revenue growth out of the allocated accounts.
We are seeking candidates that offer experience within the corporate pensions and employee benefits market and evidence a track record of growing revenue and driving team performance.
The role will focus on clients within the South of England and can either be home based or within one of our clients London and South-East offices.
Take personal ownership of Client Management of the key customers within the portfolio
Create a Customer Development Plan that identifies growth and development opportunities
Lead new business activity within the teams geographic area
Retention strategy for key clients
Preparation of compliant reports, recommendations and assimilation of necessary support materials.
Prepare and attend governance/review meetings as required with the teams key customers; hold client log to confirm meetings held.
A suitable depth of knowledge and experience within the UK Corporate Pensions and Employee Benefits market
